Co-founder, Director, and Principal Audiologist
Graduated with a degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing from Kasturba Medical College in India, Precilla began her career as a Speech Pathologist before moving to Dubai to work alongside ENT specialists. She relocated to Sydney in 2003, joining National Hearing Care as an Audiologist, and later moved to Perth as a Senior Audiologist. In 2014, she joined Lions Hearing as a Senior Audiologist & Hearing Rehabilitation Specialist.
In early 2016, Precilla founded Waves Hearing Solutions in Willetton, driven by her vision to offer comprehensive, affordable, and ethical hearing solutions tailored to the needs of both pensioners and private patients. With over 20 years of experience in both private and non-profit sectors, Precilla specialises in Hearing Assessments and Aural Rehabilitation. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Practice from Audiology Australia.
Precilla and Ben have three beautiful children. In her spare time, Precilla enjoys gardening, listening to gospel music, and learning to play the guitar.

Benjamin Samuel, known as Ben, is the Co-founder, Director, and Senior Audiometrist at Waves Hearing Solutions. He holds a Qualified Practitioner (QP) number with the Federal Government's Hearing Services Program. With nearly two decades of experience as a hearing rehabilitation clinician, Ben has worked with notable organisations like Amplifon and Hearing Australia before co-founding Waves Hearing Solutions.
Ben’s passion for providing hearing services extends to regional towns in Western Australia, including Narrogin, Merredin, Corrigin, and Dalwallinu. He loves travelling and is dedicated to making hearing care accessible in these communities. Outside of his professional life, Ben loves to cook and is an avid reader.

"For over 70 yrs I have learned to cope with a 95% hearing loss in my right ear as a result of several failed operations in my childhood. In my fifties I had two more operations performed by my E. N.T specialist, but both of them failed as well. So you can imagine my surprise when Ben and Precilla told me a way sound could be transferred from my deaf side to my good left side enabling me to hear conversation from both sides. Something I didn’t think I would experience again.
